OTTERBURY SCHOOL - The oldest residents of Harbour Grace received their early education in this one-room school. But nobody seems to know when it was built. A developer has purchased the land on which the heritage structure is located on Water Street West and the building has to be moved from the site. Council is exploring ways to move the building, while protecting its heritage integrity. (Bill Bowman photo.)
