Many PTC sites are changing from Paypal to AlertPay as a payment processor. 

AlertPay update: More countries added that will be able to transfer funds straight into bank accoounts.  NO RECEIVING FEES for personal accounts (this type of account use to have a $1 flat fee) but you can only receive $400 a month and a total of $2000 a year.
