QuikTrip believes that people who work hard and perform well should be rewarded for what they do. That's why QuikTrip Managers, Assistant Managers and Clerks are among the highest paid in the retail industry.

At QuikTrip, pay is a two-part system. First, Store Team Members take home a great weekly paycheck. Store Managers are salaried. All other Team Members earn an hourly rate. Assistant Managers work a 46-hour week and receive time-and-a-half for all hours over forty. Part-Time Clerks average 25 hours a week. The hourly rates are different in each market area.
